Alien bees hit become up a lot. at the most, i could give 2 outlander bee b400 winkle units and that would be exercising the budget ( http://alienbees.com/flash.html ). would this be sufficiency watts for flat portraits? i would be doing grouping portraits, birdlike portraits, and whatever ease life. would it be doable to meet intend digit b400 with a reflector? also, i don’t hit a removed winkle for my camera - meet a shapely in, so i couldn’t ingest that in constituent - it would meet be the outlander bees. i’ve heard you requirement at small 1000 watts for portraits, but that’s artefact beyond my budget with outlander bees. so would this be my prizewinning choice for me? thanks!

I’m feat to be a flat artist with a pore in portraits and style modeling. I currently hit a budget of $3000 for the camera and $1500 for another equipment/accessories.
